Meghann Morrill

Meghann Morrill focuses her practice on representing institutional investors in connection with their investments in private equity funds and alternative investments, including review and negotiation of investment documentation and side letters and advising with general compliance and governance issues. Meghann frequently assists clients in reviewing, drafting and negotiating secondary portfolio transactions. 

Meghann spent time in-house with a large tech company focused on new product, technology and content development, development of risk mitigation plans and protocols, and domestic and international expansion.
