Jack is a dual-qualified Senior Associate whose experience encompasses all aspects of Real Estate transactions. He collaborates with clients in Australia and internationally, advising across a diverse range of Real Estate matters.

Jack’s experience involves providing guidance on the legal and commercial issues arising from real estate transactions including acquisition and disposal of real estate, leasing matters for landlord and tenant clients, as well as real estate development work.

In addition, Jack advises across retail, commercial and residential asset classes, and has a focus within the niche area of data centres. He also operates and collaborates with clients across the life sciences sector.

  • Acting for an American multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation in relation to the disposition of commercial property in Australia.
  • Acting for AM Alpha in relation to the disposition of the Treasury Wine Estate distribution centre in Adelaide.
  • Acting for Macquarie Technology Group Ltd on the acquisition of the Macquarie Park Data Centre Campus in Sydney for AUD174m. 
  • Acting for Shenhua Watermark Coal in relation to the disposition of mining land in New South Wales.
  • Assisting Polestar Performance AB with its Australian launch and securing multiple premises across Australia.
  • Advising an American cloud-based software company, in relation to the development of its new high-rise building being constructed at Sydney's Circular Quay.
  • Advising a multinational cloud computing company on various projects throughout Australia. These have included the development of land for data centres in both Melbourne and Sydney as well as providing advice on all leases for their data centres throughout Australia.
  • Acting for Busy Bees to securing multiple premises across Australia to expand its business.
  • Acting for Lego to secure a new headquarters for its business in New South Wales.
