Emilio is part of the Mexico City office, his practices focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and real estate.
Emilio acts as legal counsel to corporations (public and private) and private equity funds with respect to mergers and acquisitions, including involving regulated industries, as well as joint ventures, both on the sell side and on the buy side.
Emilio is involved in the review, analysis, organization and drafting of documents in all stages of transactions, from inception and negotiation to closing and successful implementation.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Emilio worked in other prestigious firm in Mexico City as an associate in the M&A, Real Estate and Finance transactional areas, respectively, where he was part of the teams that carried out complex projects and transactions for various clients.
