Michele is a lawyer specialized in real estate investments and provides legal assistance in transactions involving leading national and international real estate operators, including investments funds, public entities, financial institutions, Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, Family Offices, etc.
He provides ongoing assistance to clients in the field of civil law, also drafting opinions and settlement agreements in litigation phase.
Before joining DLA Piper, he worked for a leading international law firm.
